Whether you require a pick-me-up or a pause button, we have a class that serves your mood. Full body relaxation, balance, and breathing techniques are the key for this class.
We make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.
Yoga class concentrates on physical health and a mental well-being with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind.
To make it easier for you to maintain balance, we provide props. With the help of props, it makes it easier for you to relax and stimulate your body.
This class both challenge and restore your body through physical practice. We can guarantee you after this class your body will be rejuvenated.
Meet Your Yoga Class Instructor
I began my personal yoga journey when I was young – as a compliment to my dance and swim practices. I’ve taught various forms of physical movement over the years, from swimming lessons for wheelchair-bound children to creating strength & flexibility regimes for runway models to crazy-fun spin classes accessible to everyone, but didn’t become a registered yoga teacher until 6 years ago.
With a degree in biology and several certifications, including pre- and post-natal, trauma-sensitive, and yogalates, I am excited to help guide each student through a deeper understanding of movement and breath in a fun, uplifting environment. I can’t wait to see you on your mat!
