We make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.
Yoga class concentrates on physical health and a mental well-being with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind.
To make it easier for you to maintain balance, we provide props. With the help of props, it makes it easier for you to relax and stimulate your body.
This class both challenge and restore your body through physical practice. We can guarantee you after this class your body will be rejuvenated.
Meet Your Yoga Class Instructor
Meet Missy Caldwell, our yoga instructor!! She has a Baptiste level of 1,2, and 3. Missy is registered as a RYT 500 which means she successfully completed 500 hours of yoga training. Along with being a yoga teacher, she is also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Her love for yoga shows throughout all of her classes.
